The Still Place offers rest, renewal, and re-creation to families with children affected by serious illness or loss. By incorporating nature, art, spirituality, and Appalachian Mountain experiences into our family retreats, we are able to enhance the resiliency, empowerment, self-determination, and hope of each family member. The Still Place is located in Hayesville, North Carolina.
The Still Place provides, without charge, a unique retreat for each family, one family at a time. A Still Place retreat allows the family to enjoy special times spent together creating memories.
