- To be heard and cared for…for your unique journey to be held sacredly by everyone gathered here. To hold your grief, guilt, sorrows, regrets, joys, miracles and surprises
- To explore and develop your unique grief toolkit to help you find space in your life to grieve, reflect, cherish memories and find your way again in the day to day of life
- To be pampered
- To explore art for grieving
- To explore movement and nature for healing: yoga, walking, horseback riding
- To explore creating a sustaining memory to honor your child’s unique life
- To ask the hard questions knowing many have no answers
- Most importantly, to connect with other mothers who have lost a child for we know no one can understand the unfathomable loss of your child like another mother
- During the retreat feel free to leave or sit a session out. We are all here to listen. If you would like private time with staff just let one of us know. Although you see a schedule packed with activities our hope is that you feel free to participate or not as your heart leads. This time is for you.
